This agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to this site, the content and computer programs provided buy or through this site, and the subject matter of this agreement. Amendments to this agreement can be made and affected by us from time to time without specific notice to you the end user. Agreement posted on this site reflects the latest agreement and you should carefully review the same before you use our site.
Ordering from us – You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch your order to you. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made, even though your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order for any reason.
We may refuse to accept an order – Where items are not available and a suitable replacement cannot be sourced. Where we fail to gain authorisation of your payment. If Stitched4U has made a pricing or product description error. If you did not meet any of the required eligibility criteria in our terms and conditions. If your order required personalisation that is deemed inappropriate – threatening or abusive. If we believe your order is for commercial concerns.
Pricing – All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT and include it in the total price.
Product Availability & Design – Images shown on this site, represent a full likeness to the best of our ability, as all monitors will show degrees of variations to colours shown, but designs and styles may vary slightly. We reserve the right to make minor changes where necessary ie: an item may be replaced with a substitute of equal or greater value. This is rare, it should only occur through extremely busy periods, if an item is discontinued or if it is changed by the manufacturer. We are always willing to discuss any bespoke changes you may require, please contact us. We also hold an extensive range of designs and are willing to create something unique for you.
Payment – We use PayPal to manage our transactions. You do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to use this facility and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. PayPal protects your financial information with their state of art security and fraud prevention system. Your financial information is never shared with Stitched4U and PayPal will contact you via email to confirm payment was successful.
Delivery – All items will delivered to the address that you have provided for delivery, when you place your order. If any of these details are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. In the case of an incorrect address, please email info@stitched4u.net immediately and we will try to rectify the issue before posting, although we accept no liability if this cannot be corrected before posting. All items are posted via Royal Mail and are signed for 1st or 2nd class, depending on the option you chose at the checkout. We aim to dispatch items within 5 working days, usually sooner, but at busy times this could also increase, but you will be updated. We reserve the right to wait for up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Refunds & Returns – We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please contact us first, via phone or email and we will do all we can to rectify the problem. If it is an error/fault at our end, you can return the item to us at any time within 14 days of receipt, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. We will issue a full refund or replacement. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. If you return an item because it is defective or an error on our end, we will happily replace the item and refund your return postage costs or refund the full value of the item including your return postage costs. Your rights to return any product do not apply, where we have personalised or customised a product for you and there is a spelling mistake on your order or you have a change of heart, as these are personalised products that cannot be resold. This does not affect your Statutory Rights under English Law.
Privacy Policy – Any personal information you provide will only be used by Stitched4U to complete your order. We will never share your information with third parties. Unless required to by law. Note: For any information you provide during the checkout process that is not held with Stitched4U, will be held securely with Paypal, as all payments are processed through them.
